Jules spent 15 years creating change at scaleβas CEO of a growing nonprofit, consulting for the CDC on national health campaigns, and producing content for major brands. She built things that mattered. But her body was burning out, and she didn't recognize it until life shifted. When she changed careers and became a single mom, she made a choice: rebuild differently, from the inside out.
With a Master of Public Health from Emory and years of lived experience, she trained as a trauma-informed executive coach and became a Pilates and group fitness instructor. She didn't stop there. She built a whole Collective around the truth she discovered: you cannot think your way out of nervous system dysregulation. You have to move through it, in community.
